Great onsen experience, and the traditional tatami mats are quite comfortable. The two onsen baths are separate for men and women, and the open-air hot onsen in the river is a great place to relax. The pools are clean and maintained well. The location is very accessible to town, and there are foot baths to relax in after a day of exploring.
The amenities in the room were difficult to understand at first. the cigarette smell was overwhelming and made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this older resort area. the hotel room was nicely updated and comfortable, with traditional tatami mats and a private bath and shower. the staff was very helpful and friendly, and they spoke English well. the location was great, being near all the important places in town. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the variety of food options. the onsen baths were relaxing, and there was even a unique open-air hot onsen in the river nearby. it was a wonderful experience.
We did notice a slight cigarette smell throughout the hotel, which may be a concern for those sensitive to tobacco.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Maniwa. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location near all the important places in the town. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel had excellent facilities, including private baths and showers, as well as two relaxing onsen baths for separate men and women. The hotel's strategic location made it easy for us to explore all the attractions in the town. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service in English.

During my recent business trip to this hotel, I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. the buffet breakfast had many choices, including traditional Japanese dishes and Western-style food options. the hotel's easily accessible location near public transportation made it convenient to explore the local area during my free time.
The hotel decor and facilities seemed outdated. the furniture and appliances in the rooms and common areas appeared worn and in need of repair.
